Ms info,

How does taking Quercetin affect cataracts or other eye problems, more speicfically than just as an anti-inflammatory aid?

A medical study conducted on rats suggest that quercetin inhibits the activity of compounds that contribute to the development of cataracts. You can find the results of this study on the NIH.gov web site.

I have major problems with exzema and allergies this year with a rash around my eyes that wouldn't go away. No energy of course because of the allergies. I got tired of being stoned on antihistamines and they weren't working completely A friend of mine told me about quercetin and that I am a prime candidate for it. Within TWO days the rash on my legs went and the rash around my eyes had started to go. I have been on it for about 5 days and I have energy and have cut way back on my allergy drugs. It works!
