Some clinical trials have shown that certain antibiotic medications provide relief from Rheumatoid Arthritis as well, but there's not currently enough evidence for this to be in widespread use. Alternative remedy specialists suggest adding Garlic as a daily nutrition supplement, because it is a natural antibiotic and antifungal herb which can kill any infection causing bacteria that may be contributing to the Rheumatoid Arthritis problems.

I have RA and the bottom line is to try many things. I got diagnosed last year and haven't found anything other than medications to relieve my pain. I was about 15 pounds overweight and lost that and went on an elimination diet and antiinflmmatory supplements but nothing "natural" helped me. Pilates and swimming are the best exercises. I don't know why people suggest yoga- it is hard to hold a stiff position with RA- pilates flows more.
